- Gosht achi trh saaf krlen or pyaz bareek bareek kat lein.
- Patily me ghee dalen hlky grm hojae to pyaz fry karein, light golden hony par ek paper p nikal lein or deep freez me rakh dein.
- Ab usi ghee me choti alaichi krkra lein or Lehsan adrak paste add krky 1 mint to bhuny phr chicken dalen or half tsp namak dal ke chicken ko bhuny.
- Usky bad tomato puree dalen or zeera kali mirch, dhaniya powder, jaifal jawetri powder, achari masala or mirch powder dal ke achi trh mix krlen,.
- Jab tamatar ka pani sukh jae to pyaz freez se nikal kar hath se choor krlen or chicken me dal dein usky bad dahi shamil karein or 8 se 10 mint ke lye low flame pe pkny ke lye chor dein.
- Ab ap ne 2 tsp achar masala lekr lemon juice me mix krlen or green chilli ko bich se cut krky beej nikal lein or masala bhar dein.
