Recipe: Delicious Bread Rasmalai

Bread Rasmalai. First way-Stuffed Bread Rasmalai: Take one piece of round bread and spread some chopped nuts onto it and put another round bread on top of it just like sandwich. Now put stuffed bread in a seving bowl and pour rasmalai on it. Garnish with chopped nuts and Kesar/Saffron.

  2. Prepare of Milk.
  3. Prepare of Sugar.
  4. You need of As required Dry fruits like almonds, pistachios,raisens.
  5. You need of Few Kesar.
  6. It's of Cardamon powder.

Bring to a boil and reduce to medium flame. Keep stirring till the milk starts thickening and reduced to half. Now add the saffron milk to the boiling and keep stirring. Rasmalai is a popular Bengali dessert.

  3. Stir it and boil it for 25-30 mins at medium flame till it thickens and stir it occasionally.. Bread Rasmalai
  4. Switch off the flame after 30 minutes and cool the milk and keep it in the refrigerator..
  5. Now take the bread and cut round slices by any vessel..
  6. Take out the milk from refrigerator and dip these round bread slices in the milk..
  7. Take them out on a plate and pour some more milk over it and garnish with almonds and pistachios..
  8. Your chilled BREAD RASMALAI is ready..
