- In a pan heat ghee and semolina...roast till semolina get brown..
- Now add water... gas should be on medium flame...stir continuously till water and semolina get resemble.
- Now add sugar....stir continuously till sugar dissloved completely.
- Now garnish with dry fruits...off the flame..
