  1. In a pan heat ghee and semolina...roast till semolina get brown..
  2. Now add water... gas should be on medium flame...stir continuously till water and semolina get resemble.
  3. Now add sugar....stir continuously till sugar dissloved completely.
  4. Now garnish with dry fruits...off the flame..
