- Let's start Tomato khara chutney. Firstly dry roast red chili 🌶,till it becomes crispy, now keep it aside..
- In pan heat oil, add jeera, mustard seeds wait for 2-3 second, now add curry patta, garlic cloves and onion. Fry for 2 minutes..
- Now add tomato, black pepper, salt & sugar (optional). Fry till it becomes soft..
- Next let it cool down, then in grinding jar add dry roasted chilli and fried onion tomatoes. Grind it coarsely. Take out in bowl..
