Kesariya la Sheera step by step

  1. Take ghee in a pan, add semolina. Burn for few minutes till lite golden brown..
  2. Boil water in another pan to piping hot. Then pour in the semolina and use a whisk and stir well. Till all water evaporates and drain, add lastly sugar and Kesari milk along and keep stirring till all sugar gets dissolved..
