  1. Grind peas just one time.Cut carrot,Palak,Methi leaves, coriander leaves,and reddish in small pieces.Add all the veggies in the makkai ka aata..
  2. Make a dough with this Aata with baking soda,salt, ajwain, ginger and green chilli paste and oil with hot water.Make sure that this dough should neither be more tight nor more soft..
  3. Give it the shape of dhokla and hole it in between..
  4. Steam it for 30 minutes on high flame.You can make sure that it is cooked by putting knife in it,if the knife turns sticky with aata,steam it for 5-7 more minutes..
  5. Let's serve it,Spread ghee on it and serve it with powdered sugar and dal.So the mouth-watering dish is ready..
