- It's 2 cup of Gourd boiled.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.

- Heat a pan add oil then put into asafoetida, cumin,turn brown then add ginger garlic paste...saute then add onion paste and curry leaves,fry well then add boiled gourd mix well.
